Location

Gendarmenmarkt is 300 metres away, Friedrichstrasse 400 – with its shops, restaurants and evenings that run later than planned. The U2 and U6 stop at Stadtmitte and several bus routes pass nearby, so getting around the city is effortless. Supermarkets are close at hand, too.
White façades, rows of balconies: the high-rises of Leipziger Straße give the heart of Berlin-Mitte its skyline.
Rossmann and Lidl, pharmacies and a hairdresser, a florist and a bike shop: everyday errands are a matter of a few steps.
Tree-lined Leipziger Straße leads to Friedrichstraße and on to Potsdamer Platz.
The neighbourhood cafés set their tables beneath the trees – in autumn, under a canopy of gold.
A few steps down at Hausvogteiplatz, and the U2 whisks you across the city.
Tables laid in white right on the pavement: here a coffee break in Mitte becomes a small occasion.
The French Cathedral on Gendarmenmarkt is 300 metres away – close enough for an evening stroll.

Great location in the heart of Berlin, the former Eastern German flair of Leipziger Straße meets contemporary, individualistic design. Close to all great spots in “Mitte”, a quiet place, with an amazing view and Berlin sunrises. Stayed there several times now. Paul is a great host. Highly recommended!
